Thank goodness I bought a home warranty from Bonfe at closing. After being in my new home for only 45 days I needed to call for service on my furnace. They answered all of my questions over the phone and sent someone out the next day. The service pro Trevor S showed up earlier than expected, which was amazing! Although I’m sickened that I need a new furnace, Trevor answered all my questions and made the decision a little easier to make. The install was scheduled for 3 days later. I feel the company is very professional and kept me informed with appointment times and answered all of my questions I had.
