James was great at explaining water heater options. Luckily he was able to come out on a Sunday after our old water heater burst and flooded our basement. We’re thankful for Bonfe and our installer James.

I called to see if they had a plumber who could look at my refrigerator/freezer that was running but not cooling. She kindly and friendly explained that Bonfe did not repair appliances but she gave me other resources to check out. Her patience and helpfulness were greatly appreciated. She also scheduled an appointment for me to have my furnace tuned up. Great customer service ! I originally only gave a 9 rating but she certainly deserves a 10 star rating.
