- Customer Service Reps (CSR’s): take inbound calls and also make outbound calls to schedule appointments for all service trade technicians.
- Service Coordinators: schedule our field team, making sure we get our customers’ appointments taken care of and the right technician to the job.
- Purchasing, Inventory, and Warehouse: team members help make sure we have the right parts and equipment on technician’s trucks so that we can get jobs done right the first visit.
- Accounting: team members process invoices, work with customers and the city for permitting and help keep track of the numbers for our business.
