We’ve introduced Neighborhood Scheduling to make member tune-ups smoother, more reliable, and less likely to be rescheduled.

What Neighborhood Scheduling Means for You

Instead of bouncing around the Twin Cities each day, we’ll group tune-ups by neighborhood. That way, our technicians spend less time in traffic and more time where it matters—taking care of your home.

Here’s how it works:

  • You can call us anytime. Want to know when we plan to be in your neighborhood? Just give us a ring and we’ll get you scheduled.

  • We’re flexible. If you need a certain time or have a conflict, let us know. We’ll do our best to make it work.

  • We’ll keep you updated. You’ll receive a reminder about your scheduled tune-up the day before your appointment.

A Tune-Up Is Always Valuable

No matter when it happens—October, January, or March—your annual tune-up keeps your system running smoothly. What matters most is that it is done once a year.

And remember: if anything comes up before your appointment, your membership still gives you priority scheduling for repairs!

Easy Things You Can Do in the Meantime

Until your tune-up, a few quick checks can help your heating system stay comfortable and efficient:

  • Change or clean your filter regularly. A clean filter means better airflow and lower energy bills.

  • Keep vents clear. Move rugs, drapes, or furniture that might block airflow.

  • Pay attention to how your system sounds. Knocking, rattling, or grinding noises aren’t normal—call us if you hear them.

  • Notice temperature changes. Cold spots or a system that runs nonstop can be signs it needs attention.

If something feels off, don’t wait for your tune-up—call us! We’ll take care of it, and as a member, you’ll always have priority repair service.

Why We Made This Change

This past summer’s extreme heat brought in more emergency calls than usual, right in the middle of tune-up season. That caused some reschedules—and understandably, some frustration. We listened, and Neighborhood Scheduling is our way of making sure your tune-up experience is more dependable and less stressful.
