Home Service That Respects Your Time

Waiting around all day for a technician? Not on our watch. At Bonfe, we believe scheduling service should be simple, clear, and—most importantly—work around your day.

Here’s how it works:

  • Step 1: Book Your Appointment & Save Our Number
    When you schedule with Bonfe, we keep things simple. First, save our number in your phone—(651) 332-6633—so when we call or text, you’ll recognize it’s us.
  • Step 2: Get Friendly Reminders
    The day before your appointment, we’ll send you a text reminder. No need to wonder or second-guess—we’ll keep you in the loop.
  • Step 3: Stay Updated on Service Day
    On the day of your appointment, we’ll send two updates:
    • 9:00 am: A quick message confirming you’re still on our schedule.
    • 1:00 pm: If you haven’t been seen yet, we’ll check in again.

If you have anything in your day we should work around, just let us know—we’re happy to accommodate.

  • Step 4: Live Your Life, We’ll Keep You Posted
    No need to sit around waiting for us. Run errands, go to work—do your thing. When your Bonfe technician is about 30 to 45 minutes away, we’ll call you so you have time to get home.

One Quick Note:

When we call to let you know our technician is ready, we do need to hear back from you to confirm you’ll be home. If we don’t get a response within 10 minutes, we’ll have to move to the next appointment and reschedule yours for later.
