Bonfe Guarantees
No-Breakdown Guarantee
If we perform a heating or cooling system saver tune-up and that unit fails within the same season, Bonfe will apply TWICE the amount you paid for the tune-up toward the repair. Recommended repairs must have been made.
Repair-and-Replacement Warranty
If you agree to have a recommended repair or replacement done by Bonfe, we will guarantee that repair or replacement as long as you live in your home.
Bonfe Select Equipment Guarantee
We offer lifetime parts and labor warranty on our Bonfe Select equipment which includes: furnaces, boilers, air conditioners, water heaters, water softeners, air exchangers, and humidifiers as long as manufacturer required maintenance is completed.
No-Stoppage Guarantee
If your drain backs up within 30 days of clearing, we’ll come back out for FREE to clear it. The guarantee does not cover misuse of drains.
On-Time Guarantee
If we are late for your appointment, we will take $100 off your service call (applies to the first appointment of the day only).
Clean Home Guarantee
If we don’t leave your home as clean or cleaner than it was before we arrived, we will pay you $100.
Quick Heat Response® Guarantee
If we don’t provide temporary heat to your home within 4 hours of receiving your call, we will give you $100 off your repair. Quick Heat Response not valid during extreme weather. Quick Heat Response
Heat Exchanger Guarantee
It is extremely important to us that a failed heat exchanger is taken seriously and responded to appropriately. That’s why our technicians are trained in heat exchanger expertise beyond state requirements. We assess every system with utmost care to help keep you and your family safe, and we stand by our analysis 100%.
If you have any questions or concerns about the heat exchanger assessment provided by Bonfe, we will return to your home to present our findings alongside any third party HVAC professional of your choice. In the unlikely event the Bonfe findings are incorrect, we will replace your furnace or boiler with a comparable model at no charge to you. We are that confident in our diagnostic capabilities. Rest Assured Response®
